Submission Fees
Submission fees are non-refundable once the manuscript is under review.

Publication Fees
If the manuscript is accepted and the publication fee has been paid, the amount is non-refundable, except in case of double payments or transaction failures.

Conference Registrations or Add-On Services
Cancellation must be made in writing within 48 hours for a possible partial refund (processing charges may apply). No refunds after publication or online listing.The refund will typically be processed within 10 to 15 business days, depending on the organization's policy and the original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, PayPal).
